IVF #1 7/2010-9/2010

7/1 - Start Lupron
7/11 - Start Stim (Follistim/Menopur PM only)
7/15 - First monitoring appt (several follies, fluid in uterus)
7/18 - Second monitoring appt (16 follies, fluid in uterus)
7/20 - Third monitoring appt (16 follies, fluid is GONE)
7/22 - Retrieval (17 follicles retrieved)
7/23- Fert report (7 fertilized)
7/25 - Day 3 report (11 now fertilized, 9 grade 1, 2 grade 2, very good!)
7/27 -Day 5 Transfer (2 transfer, 1 grade 2, 1 grade 3- no blasts, 0 to freeze)
7/30 - Bloodwork - low estrogen and progesterone, upped dosages
8/1 - 5dp5dt, negative HPT
8/5 - 9dp5dt, BETA 12 (cautious optimism)
8/9 - 18dpo, BETA 84 (more than doubling)
8/11 - 20 dpo, BETA 115 (stop all progesterone and estrogen)
8/13 - 22dpo, BETA 200 (start to bleed this PM, waiting for m/c)
8/17- 26dpo, BETA 400 (concern for ectopic begins)
8/19 - 28dpo WTF appt w/ u/s, BETA 617, empty sac in uterus
8/23 - 32 dpo, BETA 1500 - administered Methotrexate to end the presumed ectopic
8/27 - follow up for MTX shot, BETA 2367 (per usual protocol it should go up then come down by a week later)
8/30 - 39dpo, BETA 1959 (thought we were on our way down)
9/3 - 43 dpo, BETA 2500 (bad, really bad. Administered MTX again, then u/s showed gestational sac with yolk sac in uterus)
9/11 - Administered Cytotec to induce m/c, failed
9/14 - D&C, it's over (chromosomally normal)
9/2010-2/2011 - ART Break
